This image was created and is now in the public domain in Italy, because its term of copyright has expired. According to the Law of 22 April 1941 n. 633, revised by the law of 22 May 2004, n. 128 article 87 and article 92, simple, documentary photographs without creative input of the author enter the public domain after 20 years counted from January 1st of the calendar year following their first publication
